Grass-Roots Activism
With help from civil society members we industriously mobilize individuals on the grass-roots level to make a difference in their own communities and respective neighbourhoods.
Indian Pluralism Foundation offers a social interactive platform to challenge religious bigotry and defend religious freedom on local issues, religion in the public sphere, and interfaith relations.
We enhance interfaith dialogue within diverse communities on the grass root level to foster mutual understanding and mutual respect.
WHY IT MATTERS
As religion plays an increasingly prominent role in a plethorically culturally diverse country such as India, with multitudinous castes, creeds and sects co existing peacefully for generations .It is imperative that we preserve our pluralist characteristic and bequeth them onto our future generations, since our country’s peace and progress rests upon pluralism, which is more vital than ever.
At Indian Pluralism Foundation, we wholeheartedly work to ensure that faith and freedom flourish so that individuals can worship freely or not worship at all, so they can embrace matters of personal conscience without fear and so that everybody can live in a peaceful world.
